Last Thursday, July 2, IN2 participated in the Industry 4.0 Marketplace organized by ACCIÓ and DOMOTYS as part of the fifth edition of the Industry 4.0 Course: How to address the challenges of business digitalisation. The Industry 4.0 Marketplace shows real solutions in the field of Industry 4.0 available today in Catalonia and applied to the industrial sector.
This edition showed Industry 4.0 solutions geared to the specific needs identified by industrial companies.
-Consulting services in digital transformation strategy, methodologies for optimization and digitization of processes.
-Automation solutions, sensorization and digitization of monitoring and control processes.
-Industrial robotization solutions, collaborative robotics or autonomous.
-Artificial intelligence and data analytics solutions for improved decision making.
IN2 participated in the blog Consulting services in digital transformation strategy, methodologies for optimization and digitization of processes where we presented our M3 methodology (Maturity Model Matrix) to address digital transformation in industrial companies.
We start from the fact that the process of digital transformation affects the nervous system of the company as it is related to the productive and admiring processes, the relationship with the customer and technology. Applying the right tools and methodologies can be addressed in an orderly and achievable way, identifying and resolving doubts and risks.
At IN2 we focus on digital transformation as an evolutionary process that helps companies continue with your business but in a more efficient, scalable, lower cost and more profitable way.
It is a strategic decision that requires commitment and leadership and must be part of the company’s investment agenda.
We approach the process towards transformation and automation in 5 stages:
-Initial phase of consulting or analysis
-Digitalization of information.
-Digitalization of business processes.
-Automation of processes.
-Digital Operations.
In the case of industrial processes, by connecting sensors and actuators we can facilitate the work of those responsible for the line without having to be in person on site, which will allow us to know in real time aspects such as energy consumption or consumption of raw materials and adjust production costs. Thanks to the information obtained, it is possible to create a predictive maintenance system that saves us costs by anticipating problems.
As we have said, it is a strategic decision that requires commitment and management impetus, must be part of the company’s investment agenda and can be tackled effectively using the right methodology and using the right tools.
