At IN2 we think of the person as a whole. That is why we help our clients to define and implement processes and tools that help people's overall wellbeing, combining our experience in healthcare and technological innovation.
We want to use our technological know-how and, in collaboration with health professionals, help to improve people's lives. We are aware of the challenges and needs that this entails, and we make our experience available to our customers and to society as a whole:
To achieve an integrated Health-Social vision of the citizen.
Improve the integral care of the person, both in the office and at home.
Support the patient, accompanying him/her in becoming an expert patient.
Increasing the efficiency of the tools to help professionals
We focus on understanding the needs of the person (professional or patient) in order to solve them through technology.
This approach is achieved thanks to our mixed work teams, which combine technical and assistance expertise.
On the other hand, our flexibility and adaptability allows us to carry out a wide range of projects (consulting, customized developments, etc.), but always focused on creating useful solutions for those who must use them.
Some examples of the application of these technologies are:
In order for a person's information to be shared, it must be structured in a way that is understandable to all users. At IN2 we are running Standards and Catalogs Technical Offices for years, we have been working on tools that help coding by the healthcare professional, and we are part of the open EHR International Foundation.
In line with our goal of combining technology and healthcare knowledge, we have a successful and enjoyable course aimed at those professionals who must address the open EHR standard under the challenge of modeling clinical information from functional knowledge. This course will be available online soon.
At IN2 we have been working for years in very complex healthcare environments, which require a high integration effort to ensure that clinical information is available to whom it is required, when it is required. Within this experience, we have worked in depth with standards such as HL7 or FHIR, and we know well the basics of an SOA architecture, as attested by the fact that we have been running Interoperability Technical offices for more than 10 years.
We like to analyze things in order to improve them. Within this framework, we carry out consulting projects related to healthcare processes in order to improve and/or adapt them to new technologies. An example is the consultancy for the Inter-American Development Bank on the requirements to be met by an EHR or the work we are doing on the definition of joint Health and Social indicators together with the Xarxa Santa Tecla Foundation.
As experts in the implementation of technological projects for the Health and Social areas, our teams are able to design and implement customized solutions for specific needs. On J2EE or .NET, on premise or in cloud, our teams design and implement solutions that help the well-being of the citizen. An example of this is the eConsulta project.
As a result of our work in multiple projects, but above all, in multiple offices (both technical and PMOs), we have an overall and cross-sectional vision of the systems in a Health-Social ecosystem. This allows us to generate cross-sectional knowledge that we make available to the customer to improve efficiency, requirements definition, identification of critical points or end-to-end monitoring of a business service. With this objective in mind, we have created the Knowledge Management and Communication platform Knowledge.
