Need to update the organization, to increase control of projects, dates, change management and project costs. Change of culture in the management of demand and projects, which will require a higher level of reporting and KPIs.

Achieving a balance between time-to-market in a context complicated by the type of industry (aviation) and a formal system of control processes and reporting of the status of business demand and the multiple projects carried out throughout of the year.
