INTEGRATED QUALITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

IN2 Ingeniería de la Información is a company that offers high-level technological services in the field of information systems that help customers in their digital transformation processes.

The scope of the Integrated Management System (IMS) is established as the activities related to

CONSULTANCY, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF IT SOLUTIONS

IN2 Ingeniería de la Información, has Quality, Social Responsibility and Information Security as its most important commitments.

This has prompted us to implement an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards, which is based on:

  • High satisfaction: To provide customers with services that meet their needs and expectations and help the evolution, productivity and efficiency of their business.
  • Continuous improvement: To continuously improve performance in the quality of services and the protection of information.
  • The development of human and organisational capital: To promote the employees through knowledge and constant training in the latest technologies and methods, promoting work-life balance policies in an environment of equal opportunities.
  • Profitability and transparent management: to strengthen and enable the company to generate sufficient confidence in the business project.
  • Security and confidentiality of information, through
    • Availability: To ensure that authorised users have access to the information and the processes or technology that support it, when required.
    • Integrity: To preserve the veracity and completeness of information and processing methods.
    • Confidentiality: To ensure that information can only be accessed by people and processes with the relevant authorisation or permissions.

To this end, management is committed to:

  • Develop controls and control objectives to identify and assess the risks of information assets.
  • Comply with business requirements, legal and regulatory provisions and contractual security obligations.
  • Provide the resources and responsibilities to implement and maintain the process of continuous improvement of Quality Management and Information Security.
  • Communicate this policy and performance results to all interested parties.

All IN2 employees assume and support the achievement of these objectives. They are also responsible for preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets in compliance with this policy and the organisation's objectives.

This policy is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains relevant and effective in support of organisational objectives and strategies.
